Version 2026.06 — Effective June 23, 2026. This document governs your use of every product, service, website, and application published by TechPulseCodeZone. By installing or otherwise using any of our Services, you agree to these Terms.
Last updated: 2026-06-23·Version: v2026.06·Estimated reading time: 40 minutes
1. Acceptance & Eligibility
By installing, accessing, registering an account with, or otherwise using any Service published by TechPulseCodeZone, you confirm that you (a) have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Service; (b) are at least thirteen (13) years of age, or the minimum digital age of consent in your jurisdiction (whichever is higher); (c) have the legal capacity and authority to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction; (d) are not located in a country or region subject to comprehensive US trade sanctions, EU restrictive measures, or equivalent restrictions.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not install or use the Services. Continued use after any modification of these Terms constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
2. Account Ownership & License Scope
Non-Ownership of Software. When you download or install an app via the Apple App Store, Google Play Store, or any alternative app marketplace, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, non-rentable, non-loanable, revocable licence to use the software on devices you own or control, in accordance with the applicable End-User Licence Agreement (EULA) of the marketplace and these Terms. You do not acquire ownership of the software, the source code, the design assets, the brand, or any intellectual property embodied therein.
No Ownership of Virtual Items. You do not acquire any legal or equitable ownership of any in-app virtual item, including but not limited to coins, gems, skins, levels, badges, characters, equipment, currency, or any other digital asset, regardless of how it was acquired or the consideration paid. All virtual items are licensed, not sold, and we reserve the right to modify, retire, or revoke them at any time, with reasonable notice where required by regional law.
Account Ownership. Where a Service requires an account, the account is registered and held by you personally. The legal ownership of the account remains with TechPulseCodeZone; you are granted a personal, non-transferable right of use. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete registration information and to keep it updated.
Account Security. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials (password, biometric template, two-factor authentication device). TechPulseCodeZone is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your credentials. If you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, notify us immediately at security@techpulsecodezone.com.
Account Inactivity & Reclamation. An account that has had no login activity and no paid transaction for one hundred and eighty (180) consecutive days may be reclaimed by us to free up server resources. Before reclamation, we will notify you via in-app banner, system push, or the email address on file, with at least thirty (30) days' advance notice. Upon reclamation, all virtual items and personal data associated with the account will be permanently deleted, except where retention is required by law. Reclaimed data cannot be recovered.
Account Use Restrictions. You must not (a) transfer, rent, lend, sell, gift, or sublicense your account to any third party; (b) use your account for any commercial purpose; (c) use your account to engage in any illegal activity; (d) create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions, abuse promotions, or evade enforcement actions; (e) share your account credentials with any third party. If we determine that you have engaged in any of the above, we may suspend or terminate your account, delete all virtual items, and pursue any available legal remedies.
Our Services may display advertising as a means of supporting free content and features. All advertising displayed within our Services is delivered through the mediation stack and ad partners described in our Privacy Policy Section 2.1.
3.1 · Reward Eligibility
To receive any in-app reward associated with viewing an advertisement (commonly a "rewarded video ad"), you must satisfy all of the following conditions:
You must initiate the advertisement view by an explicit user tap on the "Watch Ad" or equivalent button. We do not auto-play rewarded ads.
You must watch the advertisement in full, without any of the disqualifying behaviours listed in Section 3.3 below.
The advertisement must complete its full playback duration, except where we explicitly disclose that the ad is skippable after a minimum watch time (typically five seconds).
You must remain in the app throughout the advertisement; leaving the app, locking the device, switching to another app, or terminating the app process voids the reward eligibility.
Where a reward is granted, it is typically delivered immediately upon ad completion. If you believe a reward was not properly delivered, you may contact support@techpulsecodezone.com within thirty (30) days; we will investigate and respond within three (3) business days.
3.2 · Ad Quality & Reporting
We use commercially reasonable efforts to filter advertising content from our mediation partners to exclude violent, sexually explicit, deceptive, illegal, or otherwise inappropriate creative. Despite these efforts, advertising creative is produced by third parties and we cannot guarantee that every advertisement will be appropriate for every audience. If you encounter an inappropriate advertisement, please report it via the in-app "Report Ad" button or by emailing support@techpulsecodezone.com. We will investigate within twenty-four (24) hours and, where appropriate, block the offending creative and report the responsible party to the mediation platform.
3.3 · Ad Fraud — Definition & Penalties
The following behaviours are deemed "Ad Fraud" and are strictly prohibited. The penalties below apply cumulatively across all accounts on the same device and all devices associated with the same account.
Scope of Prohibited Behaviours (Ad Fraud):
Use of Plugins, Scripts, Hacks, or Cracks to Skip or Accelerate Ads. This includes any tool, whether a standalone app, a modified version of our app, a browser extension, a network proxy, or any other technical means, that allows you to skip an ad, shorten an ad's duration, simulate an ad view, or otherwise circumvent the normal ad-playback flow.
Bulk Ad Viewing for Reward Harvesting. Operating multiple accounts, multiple devices, multiple emulators, or multiple virtual machines to view more rewarded ads than would be possible for a single legitimate user, particularly with the intent of selling or transferring the earned rewards.
Device or Network Spoofing for Cross-Region Ad Watching. Modifying your device identifier (IDFA, GAID, OAID, ANDROID_ID, identifierForVendor), your IP address (via VPN, proxy, or other means), your system clock, your language setting, or any other parameter that affects ad serving, for the purpose of viewing ads targeted at lower-paying regions, bypassing regional restrictions, or evading fraud detection.
Ad-Playback Interruption Tactics. Switching to a different app, locking the device, enabling Airplane Mode, restarting the device, killing the app process, or otherwise interrupting ad playback in order to obtain a reward without completing the watch.
Ad-Platform Exploitation. Discovering and exploiting a vulnerability in our ad mediation platform, in the ad-serving SDKs, or in our reward-crediting logic, to trigger ad displays or clicks that did not actually occur, or to credit rewards that were not legitimately earned.
Facilitation of Fraud. Selling, distributing, or otherwise providing any of the tools, methods, or services described above to other users.
Any Other Interference. Any other action that interferes with the normal operation of the advertising system, the accurate measurement of ad impressions, clicks, or completions, or the integrity of reward crediting.
Penalty Schedule for Ad Fraud:
Offence Count
Penalty
First (1st) violation
Formal warning; clearing of all unused ad-derived rewards on the account; suspension of ad-watching privileges for seven (7) calendar days.
Second (2nd) violation
Suspension of ad-watching privileges for thirty (30) calendar days; clearing of all ad-derived rewards on the account; device fingerprint recorded to prevent recurrence.
Third (3rd) violation
Permanent revocation of ad-watching privileges on the account and on all devices associated with the account; device added to the global platform blacklist (shared with our mediation partners); permanent account restriction from any future reward-eligible activity.
Fourth or Aggravated (Bulk Fraud, Organised Rings, Significant Platform Damage)
Permanent account termination; permanent device ban (enforced via device fingerprint on our mediation partners); reporting to the Apple App Store / Google Play / appropriate app store for further action; pursuit of civil damages; referral to law enforcement where criminal conduct (e.g., wire fraud, computer fraud, money laundering) is suspected.
Aggravating factors that may escalate a first offence to the highest penalty tier include: (a) operating as part of an organised fraud ring; (b) causing financial damage exceeding USD 1,000; (c) selling fraudulently obtained rewards; (d) using automated tools at scale; (e) attempting to conceal the activity through technical means.
The price displayed for any virtual item, subscription, or other in-app purchase includes: (a) the base price of the item; (b) the Apple App Store / Google Play commission (as published by the respective platform); (c) any applicable value-added tax (VAT), goods and services tax (GST), sales tax, or other transactional tax. The final price displayed in the Apple App Store or Google Play Store at the moment of purchase is the definitive price. Price changes are communicated via in-app banner and store listing at least seven (7) days in advance.
4.2 · Payment Processing
All payments are processed exclusively by Apple Inc. (via StoreKit 2 / Apple Pay / App Store payment methods) or Google LLC (via Google Play Billing v8 / Google Pay). TechPulseCodeZone does not collect, store, transmit, or process your payment card number, CVV, password, or any other sensitive payment credential. Upon successful payment, the virtual item is delivered to your account immediately. A receipt is issued by the platform and may be reviewed in your App Store / Google Play purchase history.
4.3 · Refunds
Due to the instant, irrevocable nature of virtual items and digital content, purchases are generally non-refundable once the item has been delivered and used. Exceptions, where supported by the platform and applicable law, include:
Technical Failure. Payment was successfully processed by the platform but the virtual item was not delivered, and we confirm the failure was caused by our technical fault. We will deliver the item or refund.
Minor's Unauthorised Purchase. A purchase was made by a minor below the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction without the verifiable consent of a parent or legal guardian. The parent or guardian may apply for a refund via the App Store / Google Play refund process, or directly to us with supporting documentation (proof of guardianship, payment record, minor's identification). We will process the refund within three (3) business days of receiving complete documentation.
Major Service Defect. A major defect in the Service renders the purchased virtual item substantially unusable, and we are unable to remedy the defect within seven (7) calendar days. We will refund the original purchase price (less any rewards or usage already derived).
The following behaviours are deemed "IAP Fraud" and are strictly prohibited.
Scope of Prohibited Behaviours (IAP Fraud):
Malicious Refund ("Refund Fraud"). Purchasing virtual items, consuming or using them, and then initiating a refund through the platform's refund system without returning or compensating the consumed items.
Payment Process Bypass. Using plugins, scripts, cracked or modified app binaries, jailbroken-device exploits, or any other means to circumvent the platform's official payment system and obtain virtual items without paying.
Forged Payment Records. Creating, modifying, or presenting forged order confirmations, payment receipts, transaction identifiers, or platform communications in order to obtain virtual items or refunds.
Use of Compromised Payment Instruments. Using stolen credit cards, stolen payment accounts, compromised gift cards, fraudulently obtained redemption codes, or any other unauthorised payment instrument.
Cross-Region Pricing Exploitation. Using VPN, proxy, DNS manipulation, account-region spoofing, family-sharing exploits, or any other means to purchase virtual items at a price intended for a different region.
New-User Promotion Exploitation. Creating multiple accounts, using multiple devices, or collaborating with others to exploit new-user promotions, free-trial offers, or introductory discounts beyond their intended use, particularly with the intent of selling or transferring the obtained items.
Facilitation of Fraud. Selling, distributing, or otherwise providing any of the tools, methods, or services described above to other users.
Any Other Fraud. Any other action intended to obtain virtual items or refunds without legitimate payment, or to deceive us, the platform, or other users.
Penalty Schedule for IAP Fraud:
Offence Count
Penalty
First (1st) violation
Formal warning; revocation of all virtual items obtained through fraudulent means; suspension of IAP privilege for fifteen (15) calendar days.
Second (2nd) violation
Suspension of IAP privilege for ninety (90) calendar days; revocation of all virtual items on the account; permanent entry in the platform blacklist; device fingerprint recorded.
Third (3rd) violation
Permanent revocation of IAP privilege on the account and on all associated devices; permanent account ban; reporting to Apple / Google for further platform-level enforcement (including potential App Store / Play Store account suspension); device added to the global platform blacklist shared with our mediation and payment processors.
If you believe an unauthorised transaction has occurred on your account (e.g., due to compromised credentials, an accidental minor's purchase, or other circumstance outside your control), you must notify both the platform (Apple / Google support) and us (security@techpulsecodezone.com) within seventy-two (72) hours of discovery. Please provide: (a) the affected account identifier; (b) proof of guardianship (for minor cases); (c) proof of account compromise (for compromised cases); (d) the transaction receipts or identifiers. We will cooperate with the platform's investigation and, where the platform determines the transaction was unauthorised, will facilitate the refund and the revocation of any virtual items delivered.
5. Anti-Cheat & Security Agreement
To maintain a fair and secure environment for all users, the following behaviours are strictly prohibited:
Use of VPN, Proxy, DNS Manipulation, or Other Network-Anonymisation Tools to bypass regional restrictions, exploit price differences, evade enforcement, or otherwise circumvent Service rules.
Use of Automated Scripts, Bots, Macros, Emulators, Simulators, Cheat Engines, Memory Editors, Modified App Binaries, Plugins, or Any Other Automation Tool to interact with the Services, modify in-app state, generate in-app currency or items, complete tasks faster than humanly possible, or otherwise obtain an unfair advantage.
Protocol Tampering, Packet Sniffing, MITM Attacks, Replay Attacks, or Any Other Network-Level Interference with the Services, the platform APIs, the ad mediation stack, or the payment processing flow.
Bulk Account Creation, Rating Manipulation, Review Bombing, or Other Coordinated Actions intended to inflate or deflate the popularity of the Service or any third party.
Account Theft, Credential Theft, Phishing, Social Engineering, or Any Other Means of Gaining Unauthorised Access to the account, data, or virtual items of another user.
Device Identifier Modification (IDFA, GAID, OAID, ANDROID_ID, identifierForVendor, IMEI, MAC address, etc.) for the purpose of evading enforcement, claiming multiple new-user offers, or circumventing any Service rule.
Distribution of Cheat Tools, Cracks, Tutorials, or Other Materials that facilitate any of the above.
Any Other Action that interferes with the normal operation of the Services, the integrity of competition or progression systems, the accuracy of leaderboards or achievements, or the rights of other users or of TechPulseCodeZone.
Penalties for Anti-Cheat Violations: Depending on severity, we may impose any combination of: formal warning; revocation of fraudulently obtained virtual items or progress; temporary feature restriction; temporary or permanent account suspension; permanent device ban (via device fingerprint shared with our ad mediation, payment, and attribution partners); reporting to the platform; civil damages; criminal referral. We reserve the right to delete any data associated with a banned account and to terminate the Service to that account without refund.
6. Content Moderation (DSA Compliance)
Where a Service allows user-generated content ("UGC"), we comply with the EU Digital Services Act (Regulation (EU) 2022/2065) and equivalent content-moderation regulations in other jurisdictions.
6.1 · Moderation Mechanism
We operate a dual moderation pipeline: (a) an AI-based automated detection system that screens UGC for content matching our prohibited categories in real time; (b) a trained human moderation team that reviews flagged content, user appeals, and reports. Both pipelines operate on a 24/7 basis with regional staffing to support the major markets where our Services operate.
6.2 · Notice-and-Action Mechanism
Any individual or entity may submit a notice alleging that UGC on our Services is illegal or violates our policies. Notices must include: (a) a clear identification of the content (URL or in-app reference); (b) a statement of the alleged illegality or policy violation; (c) the notifier's contact information; (d) a declaration of good-faith belief. We process notices within twenty-four (24) hours of receipt and remove or restrict access to content that is manifestly illegal or that violates our policies. We notify the uploader of the removal decision and provide a clear appeal mechanism; appeals are processed within three (3) business days.
6.3 · Prohibited UGC Content
You may not upload, post, transmit, or otherwise make available any UGC that:
Is politically sensitive, threatens national security, or incites violence.
Constitutes or promotes discrimination on the basis of race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected status.
Contains violence, sexual or erotic content, gore, or other material inappropriate for the Service's audience.
Is false, defamatory, harassing, bullying, or promotes misinformation.
Infringes the intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights of any third party.
Constitutes or facilitates illegal activity (e.g., drug trafficking, weapons sales, human trafficking, money laundering).
Violates any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.
6.4 · UGC Moderation Outcomes
Where we determine that UGC violates this Section, we may, at our sole discretion: (a) remove or restrict access to the content; (b) issue a warning to the uploader; (c) restrict the uploader's ability to post UGC; (d) suspend or terminate the uploader's account; (e) report the uploader to law enforcement where criminal conduct is suspected. The uploader is solely responsible for their UGC and shall indemnify us against any claim arising from their UGC.
6.5 · DSA-Specific Requirements
For Services available in the European Union, we publish: (a) our content moderation policies, including the criteria used to assess whether UGC is illegal or violates our policies; (b) statistics on content moderation actions (quarterly transparency report); (c) the algorithmic logic used in any recommendation or ranking system; (d) information about our content moderation team and tools. We cooperate fully with the European Commission, European Board for Digital Services, and national Digital Services Coordinators.

Maximum Aggregate Liability. In any event, our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Services shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us (if any) for the affected Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the liability, or (b) USD one hundred (US$100).
Nothing in this Section excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law (including death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation).

Effect of Termination. Upon termination: (a) your licence to use the Services terminates immediately; (b) you must cease all use and uninstall the apps; (c) virtual items and progress associated with the account are forfeited (no refund); (d) sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including but not limited to Intellectual Property, Disclaimers, Indemnification, and Governing Law.
